1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Surveyee ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Surveyee is a privacy-first survey platform that lets you create, share, and analyze surveys. We provide tools for building forms, collecting responses, and managing data with end-to-end encryption options.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of the surveys and responses you create. You agree not to use Surveyee to collect data illegally, host malicious content, or violate any applicable laws including GDPR. Use of the Service is also subject to our Fair Use Policy, which covers rate limits, file upload limits, and prohibited automated use.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time; we will delete your data within 30 days of confirmation, except where retention is required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surveyee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
Surveyee is not yet operated through an incorporated legal entity; the governing jurisdiction will be specified here once incorporation is complete. In the meantime, these Terms are interpreted in line with applicable EU consumer protection law, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of the user's habitual residence where required by that law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice 30 days before they take effect.
